Scottish actor Iain Glen, known for roles in worldwide hits Game of Thrones and Downton Abbey, is scheduled to attend MIPCOM to promote the new genre drama Cleverman.

Iain leads the cast of the 6×1-hour genre series, which is produced by Goalpost Pictures Australia and Pukeko Pictures for ABC TV Australia and SundanceTV. Red Arrow International is handling distribution.

Iain will make his market appearance October 5 at 3:30 p.m at the MIPCOM Press Club.

I have had quite a number of emails recently asking how to obtain signed photographs of Iain glen so here is all the information you need.

The best and quickest way to get a response from Iain or indeed any actor when writing to them is to include a stamped addressed ‘hardback’ envelope (especially when you live outside the UK) which for those of you that don’t know what one is, it’s an envelope with your name, address and enough postage on it to cover the cost of returning it to you with the photos in.  It’s best to get your post office to weigh the envelope it so you know how much postage to put on it. It means that Iain himself doesn’t need to go the post office and pay for the postage it’s already on the envelope ready for him to post it back to you.

So when you write to Iain you  make sure you have the following included in your hardback envelope:

Your letter to Iain
Your photos or item/s you would like signed
Your SAE (stamped addressed envelope big enough to fit your photos in and with correct postage)

Of course  there is no guarantee that Iain will reply but he is pretty good at responding when he isn’t working.
